Description
The building is a storehouse, bakehouse, or brewhouse located approximately 3 metres northeast of Quay Farmhouse. It dates from the early 19th century and is constructed of gault brick with a grey slate roof. The structure is single storey and features a chimney stack on the left side. There is a small paned window and a vertically boarded door on the left. Inside, there is a large brick fireplace with a segmental head and an iron soffit tie. Within the fireplace, there is a brick copper and a cast iron grate. To the left of the fireplace, there is a tall brewing copper with a fire grate underneath.
