ROCHFORD HALL ROAD TQ 89 SE 6/213 Rectory Cottage II Cottage. C17/C18, C20 rear extension. Timber framed and weatherboarded. Red plain tiled gambrel roof. One storey and attics. 2 flat headed dormers, 2 small paned oriels with pentice boards over. Central C20 red tiled porch and glazed door. Left red brick chimney stack. Internally although mainly covered with C20 decoration, the frame appears intact, through bracing to walls, red brick fireplace to left room.
