It is constructed with a timber frame and weatherboarding, topped with a red plain tiled roof that has an outshot facing the road. The building features a large central attached red brick chimney stack. It has one storey and attics, with two dormer windows at the rear. The entrance consists of a centrally located vertically boarded door, with a small window to the left. The gutter is supported by iron brackets. Inside, there are stop-chamfered bridging joists, a side purlin roof, and a baffle entry with stairs located by the chimney stack.
