Description

The Lodge is an early 18th-century lodge cottage located on Little Stambridge Hall Road in Stambridge. It is constructed of red brick and features a hipped roof covered with red plain tiles. The building has a square plan with a single-storey extension on the left side. There are two external brick chimney stacks on the main face of the cottage. The ground and first floors have small paned casement windows positioned between the chimney stacks. The left extension has a gabled porch with a 20th-century door, and there is a 20th-century casement window to the right.
