Description

The Cherry Tree Public House is a late 18th-century building located on Stambridge Road. It features painted brick front walls, plastered returns, and a weatherboarded rear, topped with a red plain tiled roof. The structure has two rear red brick chimney stacks and stands two storeys high. The front has a three-window range of small paned vertically sliding sashes, with the ground floor windows spaced irregularly. There are two 20th-century doors situated between the second and third windows, and a glazed verandah is present. Most of the internal frame is reported to be intact.
