One storey and attics, outshot to rear left cottage, 2 storeys to right. 2:2 window range, fixed to left, vertically sliding sashes to right, those to ground floor with small canopies on brackets. Left vertically boarded door. Moulded fascia, flat canopy on brackets. 2 central doors to right range, flat canopies on moulded brackets. Included for group value.
