Description

This cartlodge, located approximately 30 metres southeast of High House, dates from the 18th to 19th century. It is timber framed and weatherboarded, featuring a roof clad in corrugated iron. The ground floor has open gable ends with hanging knees supporting the tie beams. The structure includes decorative bargeboards with a pendant and finial. The cartlodge is partially floored and has steps leading up to the hayloft. It is part of a farm complex and is included for its group value.
