Description

A house, dating from the early 17th century. The timber frame was raised a storey around 1830 and faced with brick, and has a slate roof. The main façade is three storeys and three windows wide. The ground floor has a 20th-century glazed conservatory to the right of a single-storey projection from the late 19th century; the front has two 9/9 sash windows on the ground floor. The first floor has two 8/8 sash windows and one central 6/6 sash window. Three similar sashes are found on the second floor. All sash windows are set beneath gauged skewback arches. The roof is hipped, with a stack positioned to the right of the elevation, on the wall plane. The right return elevation has one sash window to each floor.
