Description
Oldmoor is a house that dates from the 17th century or earlier, with later alterations and additions. The front range is faced with red brick and features a parapet and band, topped by a hipped red plain tiled roof. There are red brick chimney stacks on both the left and right sides. The rear left wing is timber framed and weatherboarded. The house has two storeys and a three-window range of small paned vertically sliding sashes. The central entrance consists of panelled double doors with a traceried semi-circular light above, which is similar to the one at the rear. The entrance is framed by reveal panels, fluted pilasters with moulded capitals and bases, and a moulded open pediment with a dentilled soffit. The left rear wing features a four-window range of vertically sliding sashes and a 20th-century gabled porch.
