Description

This cartlodge, located approximately 100 metres southeast of Blake House Farmhouse, dates from the 19th century. It is timber framed and weatherboarded, with vertical boarding at the rear. The roof is covered in grey slate and the structure consists of 9 bays. It features V-struts supporting the side purlin roof and central posts with straight bracing to support the wide span tie beams. This cartlodge is included as part of a farm complex.
