The building is a stable range located approximately 20 metres northeast of Bound's Farmhouse, dating from the 18th to 19th century. It is timber framed and weatherboarded, featuring a red pantiled roof. The structure is a long single-storey range. The left bays are faced with red brick, while the weatherboarded bays have vertically boarded doors and small windows.
