Description

Cobb's Farmhouse is a house with origins from the 17th century or earlier, featuring an 18th-century facade. It is constructed with a timber frame and plastered exterior, topped with a red plain tiled gambrel roof. The building has three flat head dormers and a large square attached shaft chimney stack at the rear, along with a right red brick chimney stack. The house is two storeys high with attics and has a three-window range of three-light vertically sliding sashes. Steps lead up to the central door, which is a two-panel, two-light design with a moulded surround and a flat canopy supported by brackets.
