Description

Welcome Slough Farmhouse is a house that dates from the 17th century or earlier. It is constructed with a timber frame and has a plastered exterior. The roof is covered with red pantiles and features two gable dormers. There are two red brick chimney stacks. The house has one storey and attics, with a three-window range of small paned casements and a four-panelled door, all of which have pentice boards above. The door is off centre to the left and is supported by a tusk tenon. Inside, notable features include curved wall braces, stop-chamfered bridging joists, and vertically boarded doors.
