Description
The White House is a house that likely dates from the 17th century or earlier, with a facade from the 18th or 19th century. It is constructed from timber framing and plaster, topped with a hipped roof covered in red plain tiles, which features a central gabled dormer. The building has two red brick chimney stacks and a lower extension on the left side made from similar materials. There is also a central rear wing. The house stands two storeys high with attics, displaying three windows on the first floor and two on the ground floor, along with smaller sidelights flanking the central door. All windows are small paned casements with glazing bars and Gothic heads. The entrance features a six-panelled door framed by square columns and half-round columns, which have moulded capitals and bases supporting a flat canopy.
