Description

Laburnum Cottage is a cottage that dates from the 18th century or earlier, with later alterations. It is constructed with a timber frame and has a pebble dashed exterior. The roof is covered with red plain tiles. The building is one storey high with attics, featuring one catslide dormer and one gabled dormer. There are red brick chimney stacks, one located at the right front and another at the left rear. A wing extends from the rear of the cottage. The front has three different windows, each with pentice boards above them. To the left, there is a vertically boarded door, also with a pentice board over it. The cottage is included for its group value.
