Description

The Hill is a cottage dating from the 18th century. It is constructed with a timber frame and weatherboarding, featuring a half hipped red plain tiled gambrel roof that has some decorative diapering. The cottage includes a central gabled dormer and has red brick chimney stacks located to the left and off centre to the right. It is supported by iron gutter brackets. The building is one storey with attics and has three square leaded two-light casements with pentice boards. There are four-panelled doors on both the left and right sides, each also with pentice boards.
