Description
Little Forest Hall is a house that dates back to the 16th century or earlier, with a south range added in the 19th century. It features a timber frame and plastered exterior, with some painted brick, and is topped with a red plain tile roof that is hipped to the north. The building has two storeys and a 'T' shaped plan.
The east front displays a range of windows, including three 20th-century casements on the first floor, 20th-century oriels on the ground floor, and one 19th-century vertical sliding sash window with glazing bars. There is a flat-roofed porch to the south supported by Ionic pillars, and the building is adorned with decorative bargeboards from the 19th century. Red brick chimney stacks complete the exterior.
