Description
The Old Post Office is a house that dates from the 17th century or earlier. It is timber framed and plastered, featuring two storeys and a gabled roof covered with clay peg tiles. At the northern end, there is a modern extension that is contiguous with the original structure. The original building has a modern central gabled porch that is open at the front. On either side of the porch, there are three-light old casement windows with two horizontal subdivisions and iron opening lights on both floors.
