Description

Restcot is a cottage dating from the early 19th century. It is timber framed and weatherboarded, with a roof made of handmade red clay pantiles. The building is aligned approximately east to west and features an axial chimney stack. At the rear, there is a lean-to extension along with a small flat-roofed extension. The cottage has two storeys and includes a 20th-century porch. Each floor has three horizontally sliding sash windows, each consisting of four lights, which were added in the late 19th century.
