House, C17 or earlier, extended in C20. Timber framed, mainly plastered with some weatherboarding, roofed with handmade red clay tiles. Hall range, single storey with attics, of 2 bays aligned approx. NW-SE, with axial chimney stack SE of centre. 2-storey crosswing at SE end. Lean-to extension at NW end, C19, roofed with red clay pantiles. C20 range parallel with hall range to NE of it. SW elevation, plain boarded door in lean-to extension, C20 door in tiled lean-to porch, one C20 casement window, one C20 bay window with leaded casements. First floor, one C20 leaded casement window in hipped dormer, one C20 casement window in crosswing. Limited access. In crosswing, jowled corner posts, heavy studding; tension braces to corner posts at first floor level only, with reversed curvature, inside studding. Unchamfered joists of vertical section.
