Springs is a late 19th-century house located on Potter Street (London Road). The building is two storeys high and features a three-window range, topped with a hipped and slated roof and two rendered chimneys. The eaves are adorned with a dentilled brick band. The windows are small paned sashes with horns, and there is a central doorway flanked by two reeded half columns and a reeded lintel, with wreathed corners.
