Description
This pair of cottages, dating from the early 19th century, is located approximately 250 metres northwest of Shonks Farmhouse. They are timber framed and weatherboarded, with a roof made of handmade red clay tiles. The cottages are aligned roughly northwest to southeast and face southwest. They feature a central chimney stack and have lean-to extensions at the rear made of red brick, topped with catslide roofs. The buildings are single storey with attics, and include two plain boarded doors and four casement windows, two of which are located in gabled dormers.
