Description

A pair of cottages, located on the south west side of Rolvenden Road in Benenden. They were likely built in the late 18th century or early 19th century. The ground floor is constructed of red brick with grey brick detailing, while the first floor is tile hung to the front and weatherboarded on the sides. The roof is covered in peg tiles, and there are external brick chimney stacks. The cottages have two storeys and four windows. The windows are 19th-century casements. An outshut is located at the rear.
