The Garden Cottage at Hole Park is a probable timber-framed building dating from the 17th century or earlier, which was refronted in the 18th century. The ground floor is constructed of red brick, while the first floor is weatherboarded. The cottage is two storeys high and features a hipped tiled roof with a large brick chimney stack. It has two casement windows with diamond panes and mullions.
