Description

Swinford Cottage is a timber-framed building from the 17th century or earlier, which was refronted in the 18th century and has 19th-century additions. The main part of the cottage is two storeys high and constructed of red brick, featuring a hipped tiled roof and four casement windows, some of which have small square leaded panes. At the east end, there is a 19th-century addition that is also two storeys high, made of red brick, and has one window bay with a half-hipped gable.
