Description
Court Lodge, also known as Nos 1 and 2, is a building consisting of three parallel ranges constructed during different periods. The back portion is an L-shaped late medieval hall-house, originally timber-framed but now refaced. The ground floor is finished with stone rubble and flints, while the upper floor is tile-hung and oversails. It features a hipped tiled roof with smoke louvres and has two storeys with two casement windows. In the middle of the structure, there is a small 18th-century addition. The front range is a large 19th-century addition made of red brick and also has two storeys.
