Description

The Downings is an early 19th-century building consisting of two parallel ranges. It is two storeys high and constructed of red brick with a tiled roof. The front features three sash windows with intact glazing bars. There is a small Tuscan porch that includes a doorcase with a rectangular fanlight, panelled reveals, and a door made up of six moulded panels. The side elevation is partly tile-hung.
