Description

58 North Hill is a late 18th century building featuring a grey gault brick front with coping, which is part of an earlier structure. It has two storeys and attics, including one dormer, and the roofs are tiled. The building has cellars and a four-window range of double hung sashes with painted reveals, retaining the glazing bars on the upper storey. The central entrance has a wooden doorcase topped with an open pediment and is flanked by Ionic columns. The reveals are panelled, and there is a six-panel door with a fanlight above it, accessed by a flight of steps with handrails. This property is part of a group that includes Nos 55 to 60 North Hill.
