Description

Layham Park is an early 19th-century building constructed of grey gault brick, which has been renovated and faced with plaster. It features a hipped slate roof and stands two storeys tall with attics. The west front displays a three-window range of double-hung sashes with glazing bars, while the central section protrudes forward as a gabled porch wing, adorned with two cornice bands and a doorway that includes a semi-circular fanlight and small sidelights. The east front has two two-storeyed bays. Access to the house is via a drive from Long Road.
