Description

The Queen's Head Inn is a 17th-century timber-framed and plastered building located on the north-west side of Layham The Street. It features cross wings at both the north-east and south-west ends. Although it likely began as a medieval hall house, the inn has undergone significant alterations and modernisation over the years. The exterior is now faced with pebbledash, and the roof is tiled. The building stands two storeys high and has modern casement windows with lattice leaded lights.
