Description

Layham Watermill is an early 20th-century red brick building located on the site of a larger mill that was destroyed by fire. The structure has a slate roof and consists of two storeys with attics. It features iron casements with glazing bars. A weatherboarded turret extends from the roof, and the original waterwheel remains in place on the south side.
