II 2. An early C19 grey gault brick front to an earlier building at the rear. 3 storeys. 3 window range, double-hung sashes with glazing bars, in plain reveals, with gauged brick arches. The ground storey has 2 canted bays flanking a central doorway with a rectangular fanlight with ornamental glazing bars and an Ionic portico with plain columns, frieze and cornice. Roof slate with a paired bracketted eaves cornice on the front.
