Description

No. 4 North Hill is a house with notable 18th century features. It has two storeys and attics, with two dormers and cellars, and the roofs are tiled. The front is plastered with a parapet and has a three-window range of double-hung sashes that include glazing bars. A large two-storeyed bow window features a wooden cornice. The central doorcase is accessed by a flight of steps with a handrail, and it includes a six-panel door with a rectangular fanlight above. Nos. 2 to 10 North Hill form a group.
