Description
The barn north of Lower Dairy Farmhouse, aligned east to west, dates from the late 17th century. It is four bays long and features a gabled midstrey facing north. The structure has tie-beams on knees and a roof clad in corrugated asbestos. It includes thin studs and primary wind-bracing, as well as tenoned collars and side purlins. The great doors of the barn are still intact.
