This 17th-century building is a range located fronting the street, situated south of a barn and north of Lower Dairy Farmhouse in Little Horkesley. It is timber-framed and covered in black weatherboarding, with a ridged and gabled roof that is clad with corrugated asbestos. There is a doorway near the center facing the street, flanked by modern casements on both sides.
