Description

This 18th-century building, originally known as Beehive Cottage, is a timber-framed structure clad with white weatherboard and topped with a gambrel pegtile roof. It features two red brick end chimneys. The central doorway is a six-panel design within a case topped by a vernacular pediment, with small, thin-barred sash windows on either side. A matching pair of sash windows are located on the first storey. A lean-to extension to the right is slated and has irregular casement windows. A lower, ridged extension to the rear is pantiled. A 20th-century conservatory has been added to the left side.
