BOXTED COOKS HILL 1. 5214 Vine Cottage TM 03 SW 4/13 II 2. C15 cottage. Timber framed and plastered with ridged, fly-hip roof - thatched. Crown-post with capital and base decoration. Existing windows small pane casements, additions in length and in wing-form. Red brick chimney near street end and one gabled dormer. Various casements on ground storey. Traces of guilloche plaster under the eaves.
