Description

Homing Cottage is a 15th-century timber-framed cottage with a distinctive character. The entire front is close-studded, featuring very heavy studs that curve outward at the top, giving the upper part of the front a coved appearance. The infill is plaster. The cottage has a thatched roof, which is hipped at the north end and includes two "eyebrows." On the first floor, there are casement windows, while the ground floor has sash windows without glazing bars. The building is two storeys tall and has two windows.
