Description

Tiptree Villa is a late 18th century brick cottage that has been pebble dashed and features a machine-made tile roof. The building is two storeys high and has a three-window range with double-hung vertical sliding sashes that include glazing bars. It follows a centre passage plan and has end chimney stacks. A late 19th century gabled porch adds to its character. There are modern extensions at the rear of the property.
