Description

Rookwood is a late 18th century cottage that has undergone some 20th century alterations. It is constructed of rendered brick and features a red plain tile roof. The building stands two storeys high and has a two-window range, with late 19th century double hung vertical sliding sashes that include glazing bars. Above the doors, there are flat canopies supported by consoles. A modern fletton chimney stack is present on the roof.
