Description

Brook Hall is a late 18th-century house constructed of red brick, featuring a grey slate mansard roof. The building has two storeys, cellars, and attics, and is arranged in a three-window range. The windows are double-hung vertical sliding sashes with glazing bars and are topped with gauged brick arches. There are modern louvered blinds on the windows. A stuccoed parapet crowns the building, and there are two dormers with segmental heads and double-hung vertical sliding sashes. The house has a double range plan with end chimney stacks. A fine semi-circular fanlight is positioned above the door, and there are four red brick gate piers topped with cap and ball finials.
