Description

Valley Cottages comprises a 17th-century timber-framed house with an 18th- to 19th-century plastered front, featuring two gables facing the front. The building is two storeys high and has a four-window range of 19th-century double-hung sash windows with vertical glazing bars. Number 3 has a five-panel door, while numbers 1 and 2 have 20th-century doors, all within wooden doorcases with architraves and cornices. A carriageway is located between numbers 2 and 3. The roofs are tiled. The cottages form a group with Manor House, Manor Place, Manor Lodge, and a property located at Number 1 Maldon Road.
