Description
This building is a pair of cottages, now functioning as one house, dating from the 18th century. It features a timber frame with plastered walls and a roof made of handmade red plain tiles. The structure has a double range plan with end stacks. There is a 19th-century single-storey extension to the east, constructed of painted brick with a slate roof. The house is two storeys tall and has a two-window range of 20th-century casements, along with one original 18th-century sash window with 12 lights located at the center of the first floor. Additionally, there are two original doorcases that have moulded architraves and flat canopies supported by brackets.
