Description

This is a mid-19th century house situated on Colneford Hill. It is constructed of red brick in a Flemish bond pattern, with timber framing and a slate roof. The house is two storeys high and originally had a two-window arrangement. The windows are original sashes with glazing bars, and a blind opening is present on the first floor. A distinctive oriel bay window sits on the ground floor, supported by wrought iron brackets. A 20th-century door, featuring a fretted hood, is located in the right return. The building is listed for its contribution to the group value of the surrounding properties.
