The roof is covered with handmade red plain tiles and has a gambrel shape. There is an axial stack located at the left end of the building. The cottage is one storey high with attics and has two 20th-century leaded casement windows on the ground floor, along with two additional leaded casements in gabled dormers. A small gabled porch, which is roofed with red pantiles, is also present.
