Description

No. 16 Colneford Hill is an early 19th-century house that features a timber frame and plastered exterior, topped with a slate roof. The building has a rectangular plan and faces northwest, with a central stack located in front of the ridge. It stands two storeys high and has a two-window range of sash windows with glazing bars, along with a 20th-century bay window on the ground floor. The entrance consists of a central six-panel door topped with a simple pediment. The right gable is covered with weatherboarding.
