Description
This is a 19th-century pump located adjacent to the north of number 30 on Alderford Street in Sible Hedingham. It is made of cast iron and features a fluted stem, a moulded spout, and a ball handle. Below the spout, there is a rectangular glazed stoneware drip trough with one rounded end, which is an unusual survival in Essex.
