Description

A pair of cottages dating to the 17th century, situated in Gestingthorpe Pot Kiln Chase. The cottages are timber-framed and have been plastered, with a thatched roof featuring two eyebrow dormers. A central chimney stack has been rebuilt using gault brick. The cottages are one storey high with attics. They have a four-window facade featuring 20th-century casement windows. Half-glazed doors have been added to the left and right sides. The timber frame is exposed internally, and an original red brick fireplace remains.
