Description

The Rectory is a house with origins in the 17th century, featuring 19th century gault brick facing and alterations. The building has a timber-framed and plastered rear, with a hipped grey slate roof at the front. The rear showcases four red plain tiled feature gables and two gault brick chimney stacks. It is two storeys high with attics, presenting a four-window range of small paned vertically sliding sashes. The central porch is hipped and two storeys tall. The structure consists of seven bays, with the second and sixth bays projecting forward, and includes four gabled crosswings at the rear.
