Description

Tong Cottage is a cottage that dates from the 18th century or earlier. It features a timber frame and is covered with parget plaster. The roof is thatched, and there is a central red brick chimney stack. The cottage has two storeys and a four-window range of small paned vertically sliding sashes. On the first floor, there is a central oval window with glazing bars. The entrance has a central six-panel door beneath a round-headed porch. Inside, some timber is exposed.
